    Learn the importance of deciding what everyone in the band envisions for the group. Does there have to be a band leader? What aspects of each player contributes the most to your bands unique sound? What are the goals of each band member and do they align with the unified goal of the group? How much should we rehearse? How to be charitable through band arguments and disagreements and many other important questions will be addressed.
